Chicken wings and pizza
Dear sir
I am writing to you my experience at Zarqa branch on Monday Oct. 06 9.0 pm where I ordered an offer of two meduim pizza thin not thick and I insisted twice on the waitress to make sure it is thin but we got both thick and was not fresh and after complain she changed one pizza to thick .
On the other hand the two plates of wings came to the table cold from inside and warm from outside and after complain to waitress she tried to reheat but came back with hot plate and wing still cold from inside and as we know the cocked items should be 65degrees minimum to avoid bacteria growth also we complained to the supervisor and his reply was that the demand is very high and they dont have time to heat it after removal from ghe freezer
This was my experince which I want to share with you so you can benifit and stop such irresponsible act.
