It's amazing how this company is good in screwing your vacation. I'm writing my bad experience where this company tells you what you want to hear regarding booking a trip with them in order to make money. Initially the trip was supposed to be for 5 days and they secured their deposit. A day before the trip they informed me that the flight was changed to late night and the return was early morning and this took away 2 days from the total days. When we arrived to Istanbul, we were promised two connected rooms for me and my kids and the hotel gave us 2 rooms at opposite ends saying that this is how it was booked by this travel agency. I spent the all nights there going back and forth between rooms to make sure that my kids are ok and safe. In the way back we were stranded in the airport for 10 hours because the flight was changed in order for them to pack as many travelers as they can to make more money and all you hear from them is that they tried their best to make it better. One star is too much to give to a company that worries only about making money. Be wise when booking from them and don't pay till you know exactly what you're getting.
