Yesterday was my first time at Zest with three other friends. The service was terrible, as well as the food. What really bothered me is the fact that the waiter decided to tip himself the remaining JD13 of our JD67 bill. We paid JD80 and waited for our change. The waiter never showed up. We called two waiters and informed them that we want our change back and that we will leave a tip at our convenience, and we were ignored for about half an hour. Finally, when we decided to tell the manager, the waiter ran after us to tell us that our bill did not include the burger we ordered, which is the reason why he did not return the change. I am sure that all three food dishes were included in the bill. The waiter refused to bring the bill to show it to us again, and refused to return our money. We told them that we would like to complain to someone senior, but the response was '7aggek 3alaina, 7aggek to complain'. This is a rip off. All i wanted was for him to return the change so that I will tear the money infront of him to show him that it is not about the money, it is about the disrespect and bad service.
I will never go to that place again and will make sure I tell everyone I know that Zest staff are theives..
