يوم 16-10-2015 الجمعه عودتنا من رحلة طابا مع الشركه المذكوره
لم نجد مندوب للشركه ينتظرنا وكنا مجموعة عائلات مع اطفال رضع
مما اضطرنا للاتصال بمندوب الحجز على الرقم0799256776
الذي لا يرد على اتصالنا وابعد جهد اتصل احد احدنا برقم اخر قام بالرد
وطلب مناالركوب باحد الباصات المتواجده بعد
ان قام بالتفاهم مع السائق من هاتفنا وقام بطلب ايصالنا الى وسط مدينه العقبه
وتاميننا الى باص اخر كان يقوم ببرنامج رحلة تسوق الى العقبه
ولم نجد دليل للشركه المذكوره وقام باص رحلة التسوق المكتض
بتوزيعنا على المقاعد المتفرقه بعيدا عن اطفالنا وزوجاتنا
انطلقنا بعد رحلة التسوق الاجباريه لمدة 5 ساعات الساعه الثامنه مساءا مرهقين نحن واطفالنا
وبعد 10 كم تعطل باص التسوق ولم يتمكنوا من الاصلاح وبعد الساعتين تقريبا حضر باص اخر قام بنقلنا مشكورا الى عمان ووصلنا
من رحلتنا الميمونه الساعه 3 فجرا بينما ختمنا جوازاتنا دخول العقبه الساعه 3 عصرا.
