Jason began his journey at the age of 16 when he started naturally practicing meditation daily. Now 32, He has been offering Yoga, Meditation and Svadhyaya (Self Discovery) Workshops internationally for the last several years. Jason Spent 3 years living, studying and teaching Classical Tantra Yoga and Meditations in an ashram style community in Thailand. “Life has been my greatest teacher, but the community in Thailand was the perfect microcosm to study the nature of the human psyche, spirit and social behaviours.” Three years ago Jason began to dedicate his life’s work in service and devotion to love, happiness, unity, truth and inner peace. This is directly expressed in the work of using creative techniques to invite and inspire others to their find their purpose.
“I feel Yoga is a true medicine, it has unearthed in me a limitless spring of gratitude and self-love. In my classes I hold a sweet safe space and invite people on a journey into their body, mind and spirit to meet themselves, their emotions and realize their limitless potential. It is my goal as a facilitator to see that all participants walk away feeling a sense of fulfillment, balance and self-worth.”
