They Call Me Rico is the new solo project by Madcaps singer Frédéric Pellerin, also known as Rico. With a decade of shows across Canada and Europe under his belt, this side project brings him back to his first musical attraction: folk and blues. Whether it is as a one-man band or with guest musicians, They Call Me Rico takes us into a world where all the space is reserved for the songs, without fireworks or sweeteners.
They Call Me Rico est le projet solo du chanteur de Madcaps, Frédéric Pellerin, alias Rico. Né au Québec mais résidant désormais à Lyon, il revient avec ce projet à ses premiers amours, le Raw Blues et le Folk/Rock. Seul en tant qu’homme-orchestre ou avec des musiciens invités, il nous entraîne dans un univers où toute la place est laissée à la musique, sans artifices ni édulcorants
