انضموا إلينا لقضاء أمسية شيقة تجمع أشخاصًا من جميع مسالك الحياة لمشاركة تراثهم الموسيقي ومأكولاتهم التقليدية. تذكر أغنية، واختر آلة موسيقية، وتوجه إلى دارة الفنون.

ستكون هذه الجلسة الموسيقية الأولى بمثابة إطلاق لمشروع “ليالي الأنس” من تنظيم الفنان والموسيقي حسام عمران، وهو ناد موسيقي يهدف إلى إنشاء مجتمع مترابط من الموسيقيين والأشخاص المهتمين بالتراث الموسيقي.

هذه الفعالية جزء من المرحلة الثانية من برنامج المختبر للعام 2019 والتي تضم فنانين ومبدعين من كافة المجالات للبحث في سياق ما بعد الاستعمار الذي نعيش فيه عبر استعارة الوصول والمغادرة. سيتمّ التّعامل مع عمان، بتاريخها الاجتماعيّ المتعدّد بصفته أرشيفاً حيّاً ومكاناً لطالما شكّلته يد الشّتات والتيّارات المهاجرة، وبصفته أرضيّةً خصبةً لتنقيب مفاهيمي وشعري للمكان.

Join us for a cozy evening bringing together people from all walks of life to share their musical heritage and traditional cuisines. Remember a song, pick an instrument, and head over to Darat al Funun.

With this first jam session, Hosam Omran will be launching Layali il Uns, a music club initiated by the artist/musician to create a close-knit community of musicians and people interested in musical heritage.

This event is part of the second phase of our 2019 program at The Lab, bringing together artists and cultural practitioners from various backgrounds to look at the postcolonial context we inhabit through the metaphor of arrival and departure. Long shaped by forced diasporas and migratory flows, Amman will be approached as a living archive offering fertile ground for a conceptual and poetic archaeology of place.
