This is an event for the first week of the Spring League, which will continue through April. Players will play with the same team every week on Sunday nights and will play longer games to the score of 17. A league tournament will take place at the end in mid-April. Players of all abilities, including if you have never played before, are encouraged to sign up. Players are expected to make at least 60% of the games. This is a great way to learn the game and work on your skills – plus, it will be a lot of fun!

Welcome to 2017 Amman Ultimate Spring League, the first event of it’s kind. This league is the next step for the growth of the sport in Jordan to elevate the playing level and to expose the sport and the Ultimate community to more Jordanians, Palestinians, and refugees living in Jordan.

Tuesday night pick up games will continue all year at the Faculty of Sports. We encourage all players to keep playing on Tuesday if they can or on “bye weeks” or weeks they don’t play league games. See https://www.facebook.com/AmmanUltimate/ for the schedule of the club.
مرحبا بكم في صفحة التسجيل و المعلومات لدوري الربيع لعمان للالتيمت ٢٠١٧. هذا الدوري هو خطوة من خطوات تطورهذه الرياضة في الاردن لرفع مستوى اللاعبين و نشرها بين المجتمع الى المزيد من الاردنيين و الفلسطينين و اللاجئين المقيمين في الاردن.

المباراة الاسبوعية سوف تستمر خلال كل يوم ثلاثاء من كل اسبوع في ملاعب كلية الرياضة-المدينة الرياضية , نشجع جميع اللاعبين بالاستمرار بالمشاركة في المباراة الاسبوعية خلال اسابيع ا لدوري , او اذا لم تكن لهم مباراة دوري خلال الاسبوع.

Team Formation Process – التشكيل و الفرق

How does it work?
First, everyone who wants to play will sign up here. Players are expected to be able to attend at least 60% of the league games (ie you can miss 1 or 2 games). You will receive a player rank based upon a self evaluation of your abilities (the league organizers reserve the right to change your self rating if it’s too high or low). You will also be able to pick a friend to be paired with.

After the signup process finishes, the captains will form teams through a drafting process. Then the teams will stay and play together for the entire league. Each team will have a Captain, co-Captain, and roughly 15 players total. The number of teams will depend on how many people sign up.

ما هو الدوري ؟

اولا , على كل من يريد المشاركة التسجيل هنا , متوقع ان اللاعبين سوف يتمكنوا على الاقل اللعب في ٦٠% من مباريات الدوري (على سبيل المثال يمكنك التغيب عن مباراة او اثنتان). سوف تحصل على تصنيف مبني على التقييم الذاتي لمستوى مهاراتك (منظمين الدوري لهم الحق بتغيير هذا التصنيف اذا كان مرتفع او منخفض من قدراتك). و يمكنك ايضا ان تختار ان تلعب مع صديق.

عندما ينتهي التسجيل , قائدوا الافرقة سوف يختاروا لاعبينهم من خلال طرق عادلة للجميع . بعدها الافرقة ستبقى و تلعب مع بعضها خلال الدوري. كل فريق سوف يحصل على قائد , و مساعد قائد , و ١٥ شخصا في الفريق تقريبا. عدد الافرقة سوف يعتمد على عدد المسجلين في البطولة,

Games
– Each team will play between 4 to 6 league games depending on the number of sign-ups.
– Games will be the standard WFDF format – first team to score 17 points wins or a cap at one hour and 30 minutes.

-كل فريق سوف يلعب ما بين ال ٤ الى ٦ مباريات و ذلك يعتمد على عدد المسجلين .
-المباريات سوف تتبع انظمة المنظمة العالمية للصحن الطائر – الفريق الاول الذي يحصل على ١٧ نقطة يفوز , او الفريق الحاصل على اعلى نقاط خلال مدة المباراة (ساعة و نصف).

Cost – التكلفة

There will be a one time fee per player. This will include all field costs for all the regular season games and the end of season tournament. We are working on an option so that players can pay online if they prefer.
Fees:
– 20 JD for Jordanians, Palestinians, & Refugees
– 40 JD for Foreigners

Payment must be made before the draft.

سوف تكون هناك رسوم اشتراك تدفع مرة واحدة , سوف تغطي هذه الرسوم اجار الملعب جميع المباريات خلال الدوري و بطولة نهاية الموسم , نعمل على توفير خدمة الدفع الالكتروني لمن يفضلون ذلك.

الدفع يجب ان يتم قبل تشكيل الافرقة.

The first 90 people to sign up will be guaranteed a place in the league. All who sign up after that will be put on the waitlist. Registrations will close if the number on the waitlist exceeds 12.

BUILDING ON SUCCESS
2016 was an incredibly successful year for Ultimate in Jordan, with two hat tournaments that each hosted over 70 players on six teams and the hosting of the MENA Ultimate Club Championships in Amman where nine teams from the region competed with the three Bedouin Falcons teams from Amman with over 200 players in all. Plus, we had two practices a week for a few months and regular attendance of over 50 players each Tuesday in the Fall.
