The process of smoking meat was tried and perfected over the years and we are proud to share our experiences with you.
We use the low n’ slow method, low temperature smoking for a long time, with no artificial steam or additional cooking processes involved. This requires scientific measurements, lots of preparation techniques and nursing the meat over a long period of time
