“Shakti Dance is the Yoga of Dance, culminating in the mergence of Shakti and Shiva; the individual “drop” with the all-embracing “ocean” of awareness. It is a unique Yogic System with a distinctive methodic practice. It consists of a combination of Eight Phases, which implement insights drawn from Yogic Philosophy and the practice of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.”

Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
– Intensive, four hour Shakti Dance workshop
Fees: 35 JDs

The events will be led by certified Barcelona- based instructor: Estefania Marti Bortas and facilitator: Maria-Eliana Barona. Both have extensive Shakti Dance experience and started pursuing this art after thoroughly practicing Kundalini Yoga .
