To celebrate World Tai Chi & Qigong Day, I will be giving a free Qigong session in the beautiful Zahran Park, between 3rd & 4th circle.
Qigong is a holistic system of flowing movement, breathing and meditation. Qigong means to cultivate the Qi – the natural energy of the body and to stimulate the natural flow through the meridians. It is suitable for all ages and brings great health benefits.
This session will focus on –
Developing 松 (sung) in the body
Zhan Zhuang – Standing Meditation
Ba Duan Jin – 8 silk movements – health qigong
5 Animals Qigong
Yiquan Shili
