Step into the past, in a time before photoshop and computers, before ipads and iphones, where the most creative tool we have are our hands and minds. As any form of art one must have a wide imagination and a creative mind alongside technique and skill. None can be said less about the art of design and in particular graphic design, which in todays world is the leading form of art in our everyday lives.
In this workshop our goal will be to introduce ourselves to the idea of design and more specifically what a designer does, with the specific mindset he/she works in. Working at the core of design without any technological advances. This workshop will include introduction to design, typography, logo design and much more.
Workshop duration: 8 days full course, four hours a session (32 hours)
Certificates of completion to all students who complete the course
Fees 220 JD per full course
Additional 35 JD for supplies which can be picked up at Samir and Ghassan Library or can be ready upon request.
All participants must apply and pay 5 days before the chosen course
