Orange Important Services Shortcuts

Orange Fixed Line Bundles:

Activating Voice Mail Service:

• Call 1444, then select language, 1 for Arabic, and 2 for English
• Enter your password (4-6 digits) then press #
• Enter your password again for verification purposes then press #

Sending a Message:

• Go to the main menu, then press 4 for sending messages
• Enter the number you want to send the message to (fixed, mobile “Orange only”) and press #.
• Record your message and press 2 to send.

Greeting Message:
To prepare a personal greeting message you need to do the following steps:

• Select number 2 from the main menu to edit settings
• Select number 1 , then select number 1 again to record your greeting message
• To add voice signature select number 2.

Changing Time of Notification Call:

• Select number 2 from the main menu to edit settings
• Press number 3 to go to the menu of this service
• Select if you want to be in or out of this service by selecting option (1)
• To edit notification timing press 2
• To edit notification weekend notification timing press 1, for week days press 2.
• To receive notification through your current number press 1 or press 2 to receive notification on another number.

Call barring:
Listening to your voice mail messages:

• To listen to your voice mail messages from your personal phone Dial 1444
• To listen to your voice mail messages from another phone Dial 1544 then enter your phone number with the area code. Example Amman (06).
• Enter your password then press the # symbol.

Changing your Password:

• Select number 2 from the main menu to edit settings
• Press number 2 to go to the menu of this service then press number 2 to change the password
• Enter your new password (4-6 digits) then press the # symbol.

Useful Shortcuts after you listen to your voice mail message:

• Press 1 to listen to the message again.
• Press 2 to save the message.
• Press 3 to delete the message
• Press 4 to reply to your message, record you reply and press 2 to send.
• Press 5 to forward the voice message, Enter the number you want to forward the message to  (fixed, mobile “Orange only”) then press number 2 to send.

Call Waiting:

• Enter *34# to activate the Call waiting service.
• Enter #34# to cancel the service
• To cancel the new call press - Flash 1
• To accept new call press - Flash 2
• To cancel the previous call press – Flash 0 “zero”
• To return  to the previous call – Flash 2

Divert Calls:

• Dial *21* then enter the phone number you want to divert your calls to and press the # symbol.
• To deactivate, press #21#

Call barring:

• To activate , Dial *54* then follow it by your pin code (Four digits), repeat pin code and press the # symbol.
• Dial  *71* pin code * control code (view table below) then press the # symbol
• If you wish to change your pin code , dial *54* your current pin code * your new pin code then press the # symbol.

Hotline:

• To activate Dial *53* the number you choose, then press the # symbol.
• To deactivate Dial #53#

Conference Calls:

• Calling another number, Dial Flash and the number you want to call
• Switching between calls, Flash 2
• Cancelling current call, Flash 1
• Cancelling the new call, Flash 0 “Zero”.
• To start a Three-Way conference call , Flash 3

Fast Dialing:

• To add new number to your fast dialing list dial 0”zero” press * then enter two digit code * phone number and press #
• To call any programmed number, press * then the 2 digit code you assigned to the number
• To cancel a programmed number, Dial 0 “zero” then press # and the two digit code for the number you want to cancel.

Do Not Disturb Service:

• *62# to activate
• #62# to deactivate the service

Wakeup Call:

• Activate wakeup call by entering the following code, *015*hh mm #
• Deactivate the service by entering, #115#
